The word assumed or to act on an assumption typically leads to the phrase "I guess I should of asked" or "inquired". Usually our assumptions are based on our preferences on what works best for me at that time or what I think - the natural man. So, God says that a drunkard will not enter the kingdom of heaven several times in His Words.
